Introduces the different subscription plans available in the system. Each plan is designed to serve various project sizes, usage levels, and feature requirements. This overview will help you choose the plan that best fits your needs and understand what each plan offers.
1. Why Plans Matter
Subscription plans determine:
- The features you can access (basic vs. advanced)
- How many you receive or can buy
- Usage limits (e.g. upload files, points per month)
- Support level

2. What’s Included in Each Plan?
1. Feature Access
- Higher plans unlock more features
2. Monthly Points Allocation
- Each plan offers a set number of points per billing cycle—used for generating, updating, and translating test scenarios/cases.
- Unused points may expire or roll over depending on the plan. (No point balance carried over when upgrading apply for TRIAL and STATER
3. Usage Limits
- Limits apply to the number of files uploading, points per month, export feature.
4. Support & SLAs
- Access to support ranges from community help (Free) to dedicated & training (Enterprise).
- Priority support and guaranteed response times are offered on PREMIUM & MAX plans.
3. How to View Your Plan
- Go to your Account > Billing section.

Click on your account & choose Settings

- View active plan details:

See your current plan, included points, and expired date.

You can buy more points or upgrade your plan.

- View used points (usage events):

You can view how many points did you use for each event on TestGenAI

- View invoice:

You can view invoice which you paid

4. Plan Renewal and Expiry
- Currently, automatic payment and renewal are not supported. You can purchase a plan for 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months. When your plan expires, you’ll need to manually purchase a new one to continue using premium features.
- If your plan expires , your account may be downgraded to a No plan with limited access with AI.
