  • Each plan offers a set number of credits per billing cycle—used for generating, updating, and translating checklist/ test cases.
  • Unused credits may expire or roll over depending on the plan. (No credit balance carried over when upgrading apply for TRIAL and STATER

  • Limits apply to the number of files uploading, credits per month, export, mindmap view, manual editing feature.

4. Support & SLAs

  • Access to support ranges from community help (Free) to dedicated & training (Enterprise).
  • Priority support and guaranteed response times are offered on PREMIUM & MAX plans.

3. How to View Your Plan

  1. Go to your Account > Billing section.

    • You can view invoice which you paid Invoice Jp

4. Plan Renewal and Expiry

  • Currently, automatic payment and renewal are not supported. You can purchase a plan for 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months. When your plan expires, you’ll need to manually purchase a new one to continue using premium features.
  • If your plan expires , your account may be downgraded to a No plan with limited access with AI.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Answer: No, there are no limits on the number of projects, features, modules, test cases, or downloads you can create. The only limitation is your available credits, which are consumed when using AI-powered actions such as generating checklist, Test Cases, Update with Changes, Update Test Case, Rebuild, or Clone checklist. You are free to create as many projects, modules, and downloads as you like.
