# Plan Overview

> Introduces the different subscription plans available in the system. Each plan is designed to serve various project sizes, usage levels, and feature requirements. This overview will help you choose the plan that best fits your needs and understand what each plan offers.

## 1. Why Plans Matter

Subscription plans determine:

* **The features you can access** (basic vs. advanced)

## 2. Typical Plan Types

## 2. What’s Included in Each Plan?

### 1. **Feature Access**

* Higher plans unlock more features

### 2. **Monthly Credits Allocation**

* Each plan offers a set number of credits per billing cycle—used for generating, updating, and translating checklist/ test cases.
* Unused credits may expire or roll over depending on the plan. (No credit balance carried over when upgrading apply for TRIAL and STATER

### 3. **Usage Limits**

* Limits apply to the number of files uploading, credits per month, export, mindmap view, manual editing feature.

### 4. **Support & SLAs**

* Access to support ranges from community help (Free) to dedicated & training (Enterprise).
* Priority support and guaranteed response times are offered on PREMIUM & MAX plans.

## 3. How to View Your Plan

1. **Go to your Account > Billing section.**
   * Click on your account & choose **Settings**

2. **View active plan details:**
   * See your current plan, included credits, and expired date.
   * You can buy more credits or upgrade your plan.

3. **View used credits (usage events):**
   * You can view how many credits did you use for each event on TestGenAI

4. **View invoice:**
   * You can view invoice which you paid

## 4. Plan Renewal and Expiry

* Currently, automatic payment and renewal are not supported. You can purchase a plan for 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months. When your plan expires, you’ll need to manually purchase a new one to continue using premium features.
* If your plan expires , your account may be downgraded to a No plan with limited access with AI.

    Answer: No, there are no limits on the number of projects, features, modules, test cases, or downloads you can create. The only limitation is your available credits, which are consumed when using AI-powered actions such as generating checklist, Test Cases, Update with Changes, Update Test Case, Rebuild, or Clone checklist. You are free to create as many projects, modules, and downloads as you like.
